From my own standpoint, Know Your Enemy is the second installment of an awkward trilogy of sorts for the Manics. Their previous album, This Is My Truth, took the band to a commercial extreme. The songs were more accessible and melodic than anything they had done up to that point, and this album sounds like a knee-jerk reaction to all of that/5(50).

Japanese edition, conteining two bonus tracks, 12 page booklet with lyrics, photos and a second booklet conteining lyrics in Japanese. I discovered Manic Street Preachers with this album, who conteined very well tracks as "Ocean Spray" "So Why So Sad" or "Found That Soul", and raryties as "Baby Elian" or "My Gernica", hardly politician/5(4).

Know Your Enemy is the sixth studio album by Welsh alternative rock band Manic Street Preachers. It was released on 19 March by record label Virgin. It was supported by four singles; two of them, " So Why So Sad " and " Found That Soul ", were released on the same day for promotional purposes.
